Abstract

Cultural development in a country can be supported by the people who do the spread of culture by way of promotion or introduce it to other countries. One way to introduce culture is to use cultural attraction is the dance (Tony Dian E, 2011), according to Candy No. 58, Guidelines Curriculum 13 the proposed definition of culture for the students is that teachers use the cultural elements, engage learners to conduct events culture, contonya is the art (dance). In connection with the introduction and training of Yosakoi Japanese culture among students at Surabaya, the country of Japan has spread the traditional culture in Indonesia through-fesvifal festival as a celebration of the sister city or twins. Sister city is the city government cooperation relations in Indonesia.
One of the actors is the sister city Kochi and Surabaya which has more than 15 years in a relationship of cooperation (www.surabaya.go.id/ sistercity). The
process of settlement activities Community Services done well. But the implementation of steadiness in practice there are three students who have not been
perfect, lacking in confidence. Based on the scores obtained as follows: 1. the average score is the sum of acquisition, namely 8 (11-3) the number of participants who appeared reduced to 3 participants that have not been perfect in Yosakoi movement divided by the total score of 11 (the number of students who appear) times 100 equal to 73 (B = good). 2. It needs the support of the school and parents in terms of providing full trust, so that learners feel valued for pecaya foster a sense of self-learner.
